Barzoo Bangladesh is committed to providing fast, safe and convenient delivery services to its customers. Below are the details of our delivery policy:

1. Delivery Time

Within Dhaka city:

Products will be delivered within 24 to 72 hours of order confirmation.

Outside Dhaka (other districts of Bangladesh):

Products will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days.

Remote areas:

Delivery may take 5 to 10 working days.

> Note: Delivery time may increase slightly during government holidays, natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Delivery Charge

Within Dhaka city:

Delivery charge 80 taka per order. (Charges may increase if the product is overweight)

Outside Dhaka (any district of Bangladesh):

Delivery charge 150 taka per order. (Charges may increase if the product is overweight)

Free delivery facility:

Free delivery may be offered on a specified order amount (e.g. 2000 taka or more) in specific campaigns or special offers. Follow our website for details.

5. Packaging and security

Each product is shipped in safe and standard packaging.

Gift packaging facility is available at an additional charge on special request (gift or gift wrap).

6. Product Receiving Rules

When receiving the product, the customer is requested to carefully inspect the package and receive it.

If you notice any damage or problem, mention it in front of the delivery person or refuse to receive the product if necessary.

7. Unexpected Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or unforeseen circumstances.

In case of delays, we will inform the customer in a timely manner and ensure delivery as soon as possible.

8. Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple products at the same time, separate shipments may occur.

No additional delivery charges will be applicable for multiple shipments.

১. ডেলিভারি সময়

ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে:

অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণের ২৪ থেকে ৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হবে।

ঢাকার বাইরে (বাংলাদেশের অন্যান্য জেলা):

৫ থেকে ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হবে।

প্রত্যন্ত অঞ্চল:

ডেলিভারিতে ৫ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে।

> দ্রষ্টব্য: সরকারি ছুটির দিন, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা অপ্রত্যাশিত পরিস্থিতিতে ডেলিভারি সময় কিছুটা বাড়তে পারে।

২. ডেলিভারি চার্জ

ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে:

প্রতি অর্ডারে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ৮০ টাকা। (পণ্যের ওজন বেশি হলে চার্জ বাড়তে পারে)

ঢাকার বাইরে (বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো জেলা):

প্রতি অর্ডারে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ১৫০ টাকা। (পণ্যের ওজন বেশি হলে চার্জ বাড়তে পারে)

বিনামূল্যে ডেলিভারি সুবিধা:

নির্দিষ্ট প্রচারণা বা বিশেষ অফারে নির্দিষ্ট অর্ডার পরিমাণের (যেমন ২০০০ টাকা বা তার বেশি) উপর বিনামূল্যে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া যেতে পারে। বিস্তারিত জানার জন্য আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটটি অনুসরণ করুন।

৫. প্যাকেজিং এবং নিরাপত্তা

প্রতিটি পণ্য নিরাপদ এবং মানসম্মত প্যাকেজিংয়ে পাঠানো হয়।

বিশেষ অনুরোধে (উপহার বা উপহার মোড়ানো) অতিরিক্ত চার্জে উপহার প্যাকেজিং সুবিধা পাওয়া যায়।

৬. পণ্য গ্রহণের নিয়ম

পণ্য গ্রহণের সময়, গ্রাহককে প্যাকেজটি সাবধানে পরিদর্শন করে গ্রহণ করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

যদি আপনি কোনও ক্ষতি বা সমস্যা লক্ষ্য করেন, তাহলে ডেলিভারি ব্যক্তির সামনে তা উল্লেখ করুন অথবা প্রয়োজনে পণ্য গ্রহণ করতে অস্বীকার করুন।

৭. অপ্রত্যাশিত বিলম্ব

প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, ধর্মঘট, লকডাউন বা অপ্রত্যাশিত পরিস্থিতির কারণে ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব হতে পারে।

বিলম্বের ক্ষেত্রে, আমরা গ্রাহককে সময়মত অবহিত করব এবং যত তাড়াতাড়ি সম্ভব ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করব।

৮. একাধিক চালান

একই সময়ে একাধিক পণ্য অর্ডার করলে পৃথক চালান হতে পারে।

একাধিক চালানের জন্য কোনও অতিরিক্ত ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
